Soon after the design has been completed and checked, and having the materials available, machining processes are organized.

After the technical preparatory phase of steel or aluminium blocks, moulding parts – either whole plates or mould inserts –, as well as all the other elements shaping the part, or composing the mould, are milled.

If required, or necessary due to the production volume, the elements mostly subject to wear and tear (moulding parts, sliders, inclined sliders) undergo appropriate heat treatment.

The exterior which the moulded part is going to get is not less important… Thanks to our expertise and our equipment we can achieve excellent surface finishing: erosion, in various VDI degrees, polishing, high-gloss polishing

Production cycle ends with assembling, adapting of the various components and packing of the mould; all this is performed in our plant by qualified personnel.
