What
We manufacture series moulds or prototypes, in steel - quenched and tempered or hardened - or aluminium, with one or more cavities for the injection of thermoplastic materials.
For bi-component moulds rotary techniques are used (rotary table)
Maximum dimensions of our moulds: mm 900 (1000*) x750; overall weight: 4.500/5.000 Kg.

We use state-of-the-art machinery, particular working techniques, as wire erosion, sinker EDM, as well as dynamic and specialized staff … in a perfect synergy between man and machine.
We mainly work according to customers’ specifications or instructions, and use top-quality materials and accessories:
